Color and Design Disclaimer
Please be aware that there may be slight color differences between the images shown on our website and the actual item you receive. These variations can occur due to differences in lighting during photography or the display settings of your screen or monitor.
Because many of our jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted, small variations in pattern, finish, or texture are normal and part of the handmade charm. These unique characteristics are not flaws and therefore do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Product Preference Disclaimer
We do not accept returns or replacements for items simply because they do not match personal preferences related to style, appearance, or feel.
Shipping and Handling Issues
While we take great care to ensure your order is securely packaged, on rare occasions, components like stones or beads may come loose during shipping. In such cases, we recommend using a standard adhesive to reattach them. These instances are not covered under our return or replacement policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
We only accept return or replacement requests for items that are visibly damaged during transit, and only if reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
- Submit clear photographs or a video showing the damage exactly as it appeared upon delivery.
- If your request is approved, you'll be provided with a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll inform you whether your return or replacement has been approved.
Important:
- On approval "store credits" or a "coupon code" will be issued via email for items confirmed to be damaged in transit.
